Where to get a Lateral Flow Test for Flying?

If you are flying in or out of the UK, you should be prepared to take a covid-19 test (if you are not currently vaccinated). Those who are "fully vaccinated" are not required to produce test results. What does it mean to be fully vaccinated?

To be fully vaccinated, you must have proof of vaccination. From the UK government website:

You must have had your final dose of the vaccine at least 14 days before you arrive in England. The day you had your final dose does not count as one of the 14 days.
