Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane), Inositol, L-Choline Bitartrate, Ferrous Fumarate, Zinc Citrate, N Acetyl L-Cysteine, L-Methionine, Pantothenic Acid (as D-Calcium Pantothenate), Niacin (as Nicotinamide), Soya Lecithin, Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silica), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Sodium Selenite, Biotin (as D-Biotin).
Usage and Instructions
Recommended for Adults over 16 years of age. Take ONE tablet per day with your meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. To be taken on a full stomach.
