Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silica), Colorant (Turmeric Extract).
Usage and Instructions
Recommended for Adults and Children over 12 years of age. Take ONE capsule per day with your meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. To be taken on a full stomach.
Warnings
Food supplements are not substitutes for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or under medical supervision it is advisable to consult a GP prior to taking supplements. Discontinue use and consult a GP if adverse reactions occur.
