Our delivery rates and providers

All orders for prescription items must be approved by a prescriber before they can be dispatched, please note if you choose express delivery, this will be from the point the item is approved by the prescriber. This is usually within a few hours but can take up to 72 hours from placing your order.

The cut-off for next day delivery is 2:30pm Monday to Friday and 11am on Saturday. All deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. 

Please note as our next day delivery services are not guaranteed, unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund in the event that is not delivered the next working day.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by going to your account or by the email sent with your tracking number.

Can I return my order?

UK Meds are not able to accept returns on prescription medication. Please see our returns policy for more information.

Where do you deliver to?

Regretfully, UK Meds are only able to ship to the UK. This includes the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

What is the cut-off for next day delivery?

Subject to availability, you can place your order up to 2:30pm to have it delivered the following day.

What days do you deliver?

All deliveries are made Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm. Deliveries are not attempted on bank holidays.

Will I be given an ETA for my delivery?

Yes, you’ll receive a notification on the day of delivery with a 2-hour time slot.

Discreet Packaging

All treatments are sent in discreet packaging. No mention of the medication appears on the packaging. So only you'll know what's inside.
