Our returns policy

Our policy does not allow for any prescribed medication to be returned – this is for safety reasons and we are not authorised to re-sell returned medication. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy and they will dispose of the products safely.

Cancellations

If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your medication is accepted by the pharmacy.

How do I cancel my UK Meds order?

If you wish to cancel your UK Meds order, you can email [email protected] or call 0115 907 0050 and the team will be happy to help you.

However, if your order has already been sent to the pharmacy, unfortunately it is unable to be cancelled.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with any medication that you order from us. However, in the event that you wish to return medication to us because it is:

  • (i) not as described;
  • (ii) damaged or faulty

We will refund the price of the medication, however we regret that we are unable to refund any delivery charges that you may have incurred.

We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If the card that you used to pay with expires before the refund is made, please call us to provide your new card details.

Please note, unfortunately we will be unable to accept refunds on any PPE masks due to hygiene reasons, unless we have sent the incorrect item.
